Once the apartment is empty, the job isn’t quite done: German landlords and buyers usually expect a broom-clean (besenrein) property at handover. So you don’t have to hire another company, we do the cleaning right after the clearance – all from one provider.
What does “broom-clean” mean?
Broom-clean means the rooms are completely empty, coarse dirt is removed and all floors are swept or vacuumed. This is the usual standard for handovers at the end of a tenancy or when selling. That is exactly how we hand over every property after a clearance.
Cleaning after the clearance
On request we go beyond a broom-clean handover:
- Mopping all floors
- Cleaning kitchen and bathroom
- Windows, frames and sills
- Removing wall plugs, nails and adhesive residue by arrangement
- Cleaning basement, attic and garage
On time for the handover
We plan clearance and cleaning so your property is ready on the handover date. On request we even hand over to the landlord or property management – ideal if you live far away, abroad or have a busy job.
Everything from one provider
From the first box to the last wipe: with Bergische Entrümpelung you have one contact for clearance, transport, disposal and cleaning. That saves time, coordination and money. We clear – we transport – we clean.
